Nothing in life is free.

Oh, but wait, this is. My apologies to Charles for not blogging about this opportunity sooner. Like I said earlier, my motivation to post on this thing is waning thin. I am aiming to start a clean blogging slate with a new website soon. If I ever get the time to do so. Ehhhh.

Anyways, if you're anything like me and happen to be fascinated with innovation and faith, then you should check out the Idea Camp. It's a free hybrid conference--FREE!--complete with panelists (I'm one of them...go figure), guest facilitators, and ideas to marinate on in regards to faith, action, and innovation. Highlights: social networking and open source information. Hope to see you there.

Stolen blurb from website:
"The focus of this conference will be on the participants (yes, You!) and not on keynote speakers. We function under the belief that the crowd is always smarter and wiser than any one speaker. In fact, you are invited to create and refine some of the major components of the conference prior to the gathering itself via our web interface. You are welcome to suggest specific topics for our workshops (called Idea Sessions), leave comments, ask questions, share case scenarios for discussion, and even volunteer yourself to facilitate one of our Idea Sessions."

ok, i lied. it's not biryani. that's a type of curry rice. i meant BURFI. milk-based curds of sweetness and cardamom. i looooove it. if you ever go to a indian sweets and spices store, they should have lots of different flavors of burfi. try it!

and yes, i've heard of cristo's. been meaning to go since i moved to la. but...there are just too many other pressing eateries. i mean, i haven't even made a dent on noah's list!
